Savoury Eats Kitchen opens Due South Brewery's Taproom as a Restaurant
Due South Brewing Co. in Boynton Beach got its food-service license a few weeks ago, formalizing a partnership with the Savoury Eats food truck that has been on-site for years. The relationship has been so successful that Savoury Eats upgraded to a permanent kitchen built out of a shipping container.
Due South is serving beer and food in a “warehouse beer-garden seating,” with bay doors open and 50-percent capacity. “We are following the full Palm Beach County and up guidelines on basically running as a restaurant. Because that’s technically what we are now,” Fairall says.
