Hi Royal, can you tell us about a book that has had a meaningful impact on you?

Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly. It may be a cliche answer amongst Chefs, but how Bourdaine pegged our culture, the grit and grind is amazing. The culinary world is a love hate game. The book helped you realize that it’s gonna get messy, temperatures will rise, and you’re gonna hate your cook next to you momentarily only to forget about it over drinks at 2 a.m.
